Cancellation Policy
Advance Booking Notice: Performers must book their audition slot at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled audition time. Slot Limit: To ensure all performers get a chance, each actor/performer may only reserve one (1) audition slot per production. Duplicate bookings will be removed. Punctuality: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time slot to complete check-in and prepare. Late arrivals may forfeit their slot to a waitlisted performer. Form & Headshots: All audition forms, conflict sheets, and headshot/resume uploads must be submitted at the time of booking or brought to check-in. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellation Cutoff: If you can no longer attend, please cancel or reschedule your slot at least 8 hours in advance through your confirmation email or member account. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 8 hours before your slot prevent other actors from filling the spot and may result in having to audition during general standby/open call. No-Shows: Failing to show up without notifying the production team impacts the directors' schedule and may affect future audition consideration.
